Credits and Refund Policy

1. Overview

Activate Credits are a prepaid utility currency. Once a chargeable action is confirmed and credits are consumed, they are not refundable.

2. Free Tier

Core canvassing and the first 5,000 usable records in each bring-your-own-list import are included. File preparation and usage above the included allowances can consume Credits, as described on our Pricing page and shown before confirmation. Free promotional Credits are not refundable.

3. Credit Purchases

Credit purchases are final. We do not refund credit loads for changed minds, unused balances, campaign endings, or accidental selections. This protects the platform from accidental large imports and keeps pricing stable for all campaigns.

4. Exceptions

We may issue a manual credit adjustment only for fraud or a confirmed system error. Contact [email protected].
