At Polikount, LLC, we want you to be satisfied with Activate. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you may request a refund for paid services.

2. Free Tier

Activate offers a free tier with no time limit. You can create campaigns, invite canvassers, and use core features without entering payment information. No refunds apply to the free tier.

3. Pro Subscription Refunds

If you purchase a Pro subscription and are not satisfied, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase
  • Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] with your account email
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to process
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that abuse this policy

4. Annual Plans

For annual subscription plans, you may request a prorated refund for unused months within the first 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you may cancel to prevent renewal.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to Pro features until the period ends.
