Refund Policy — Activate

1. Overview

Activate Credits are a prepaid utility currency. Once a chargeable action is confirmed and credits are consumed, they are not refundable.

2. Free Tier

Core canvassing and small starter data packages are free. No refunds apply to free-tier usage.

3. Credit Purchases

Credit purchases are final. We do not refund credit loads for changed minds, unused balances, campaign endings, or accidental selections. This protects the platform from accidental large imports and keeps pricing stable for all campaigns.

4. Exceptions
