Individual voter records are only decrypted on a per-request basis when accessed by an authorized canvasser through our secure application. We cannot read the contents of your encrypted voter data.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. You may delete individual campaigns and their associated voter data at any time; deleted campaign data enters a 30-day recovery window before permanent deletion. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
